American Commercial Realty is a full service commercial real estate firm that was established to provide a wide range of real estate and related services to individuals, companies and public/government agencies in a wide range of complex real estate transactions in the Silicon Valley, San Francisco Bay area of Northern California. The Company is headquartered in Campbell; officers and partners include Dellis F. Dietrich, John D. Voss and Willie Koolstra.  Joint venture agreements exist with several key independent and corporate Real Estate firms, management companies, and financial advisors, and are enacted on a case-by-case basis depending upon the assignment.

The executives of the Company and its Joint Venture partners are well-qualified, experienced professionals with individual backgrounds in receiverships, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, real estate law, contract negotiations, lender negotiations, banking and financial analysis.  The team and associate members bring additional expertise and skills in the fields of asset management, property management, architecture, construction management, and development, including entitlement work and Due Diligence. With all these disciplines, American Commercial Realty is well prepared to conduct and coordinate a professional real estate investment and facilities program for our clients' specific parameters -- whether leasing, investing, managing or disposing of land, retail, office, or industrial real estate.  The Company can objectively perform financial analysis; evaluate different effects of various real estate market conditions; and formulate and implement strategies maximizing the asset or income valuation of commercial real estate. From acquisition and entitlements to lease-up and disposition -- and everything in between -- we have been instrumental in helping our clients build a better future!
