OUR TEAM
Del Dietrich is responsible for real estate investment brokerage
and marketing for clients of American Commercial Realty, Inc. His experience includes dispositon, commercial leasing
and project due diligence. Mr. Dietrich has provided Disposition Analysis and Opinions of Value (BPO's) for commercial transactions
and multi-family residentail properties for finanacial institutions, the U.S. government, pension fund advisors and private
investors. He has interfaced with several City government's planning commissions and redevelopment agencies assisting his
clients with general plan amendments, code compliance and mitigation and conditional use permits.
He has represented principals in writing
and negotiating over $ 400 million in offers for buyers or tenants of commercial and residential investment real estate, including
office, retail and land development projects. He has represented landlords in the leasing of thousands of square feet of office,
R&D Flex and retail properties within Silicon Valley.

Mr.
Dietrich graduated with high honors with undergraduate degrees in both Engineering Science and Education. He is a licensed
real estate broker in the State of California and teaches Real Estate Investment classes for the Santa Clara County adult
education program.

Willie M. Koolstra has thirty years experience in the commercial /
indsutrial real estate field as centered on landlord and and tenant leasing representation. His oversight includes extensive
experience in "value creation" of investment property that covers negotiating rents and tenant improvement construction,
drawing up documents, working with local governmental agencies and negotiating and scheduling with contractors. In addition
he has brokered the sale and developemnt of raw land and provided property management services for industrial and
commercial /retail properties.

Mr. Koolstra has a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Business Adminsstration from San Jose State University with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate broker
in the State of California.

John D. Voss has
over forty years experience in the northern California business community.To date he has had twelve years commercial real
estate experience in the Silicon Valley of California and prior years were spent in the local hi-tech community. A native Californian and has been a resident of Los Gatos since 1967.
. Much
of his commercial real estate experience has been focused in the leasing environment for retail, office and industrial
applications. His experience includes negotiating lease rates, tenant improvement development, marshalling of necessary
documentation and interfacing with various local governmental agencies. Clients include Sylvan Schools, High Tech
Burrito, Fehr & Peers, Safety-Check Auto, Pacific Green of Australia and Los Gatos Therapy Center. Although he does
cover the entire Silicon Valley of California he has taken a special focus on the Town of Los Gatos.

Mr. Voss graduated from the engineering school of California State University Long Beach
and earned a MBA degree from Santa Clara University with a concentration in finance and economics. Most of his work career
was spent with the IBM Corporation in various engineering capacities that included floor space planning, production planning,
feasibility studies, cost estimating and economic justifications for capital equipment purchases.

Diane Houston brings many years of experience into the
Company as a licensed Real Estate Broker and financial specialist. She has successfully transacted dispositions,
acqusitions and financing for local and international clients and underwriters. As a Vice president for the Company,
Ms. Houston supervises commercial real estate activities, property management and lease analysis in the Campbell, Cupertino,
Saratoga, and West San Jose markets. She is an active member as an Ambassador with the Campbell Chamber of Commerce, the Campbell
Downtown Business Association and a volunteer with the Kiwanis Club.

Terry Larson is a professional real estate appraiser in Northern California with more than 23 years
of experience. Terry graduated from the University of Oregon
in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance. He began his career with American Appraisal
Associates which is the largest full service valuation firm in the world. In 1997 he joined Smith and Associates, where he
helped to expand the firm's market presence in Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco counties.
He has a broad background in real estate appraising that includes the following property
types: Industrial, R&D, commercial, office, retail and vacant land. Terry and his group of appraisers specialize in areas
including litigation support, eminent domain, and Fixed Based Opeartions (FBO ) at airports. Terry has also worked with many
local government agencies including cities, counties, the State of California and the federal government.

Terry is a "General" licensed real estate apprasier with the State of California,
# AG007041. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute nd was awarded the MAI designation in 1996. He is also a
member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and has a California Real Estate Salesperson Licence.
