Del Dietrich is responsible for real estate investment brokerage and marketing for clients of American Commercial Realty, Inc. His experience includes dispositon, commercial leasing and project due diligence. Mr. Dietrich has provided Disposition Analysis and Opinions of Value (BPO's) for commercial transactions and multi-family residentail properties for finanacial institutions, the U.S. government, pension fund advisors and private investors. He has interfaced with several City government's planning commissions and redevelopment agencies assisting his clients with general plan amendments, code compliance and mitigation and conditional use permits.
